Lars Godzik is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of diverse experience spanning corporates, management consulting, private equity, and start-ups. His journey began with strategic roles in business development for the German Otto Group, where he played a pivotal role in establishing companies across Korea, China, and Taiwan. Lars further honed his skills at Andersen Consulting, Capgemini, and Diamond Cluster, gaining invaluable insights into strategic consulting and IT transformation.
Venturing into entrepreneurship, Lars managed his first two start-ups in the B2C and B2B auction sphere, demonstrating his entrepreneurial acumen and innovative spirit. In 2006, he founded Ginkgo Management Consulting in Germany, assuming the role of Managing Partner and CEO. Under his leadership, Ginkgo grew into a respected advisory firm with a global presence, boasting offices in Germany, China, Singapore, Switzerland, and the US
The firm's prestigious clientele includes automotive OEMs like Mercedes- Benz, BMW, VW and Porsche, shipping magnates such as Hapag-Lloyd, German Rail, and renowned manufacturers like ABB, the Telco Vodafone, or nsurance company ERGO. Lars's leadership expanded Ginkgo's service portfolio beyond traditional strategy and M&A consulting to encompass cutting-edge domains like digital transformation, cybersecurity, data science, and artificial intelligence
In 2021, Lars sold Ginkgo Management Consulting to the German Private Equity Company DPE, paving the way for its continued growth and expansion under the brand Eraneos. Lars functions still as a senior counselor to Eraneos with more than 1200 consultants now and also advises companies in different sectors he is invested in
A seasoned finance professional, Dominic serves as the CEO at Aument Capital Partners and is based in Singapore. Before taking the helm at Aument Capital Partners, Dominic served as the CEO at Silverhorn Investment Advisors, and prior to that held the role of Senior Director at J. Safra Sarasin.
Dominic is active in Singapore’s private market space and has experience in facilitating the growth of SMEs and startups, providing invaluable contributions to help them scale their businesses. Dominic holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and possesses a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, and Management from the University of Bristol. He is fluent in multiple languages which include English, Spanish, and German.
Dieter’s career began in 1982 at Daimler Benz AG, where he held several key positions, ultimately serving as General Manager for IT in Asia. He further honed his expertise in executive roles at DKSH and BHP, where he contributed to their global IT and business strategies (Silicon Canals). His most notable leadership role came as CEO of SoftwareOne, where he transformed the company into a global provider of software and cloud solutions. Under his leadership, the company achieved major milestones, including the acquisition of Comparex and a successful IPO on the Swiss Stock Exchange in 2019. By 2022, he had doubled the company's net sales to over one billion Swiss francs, establishing SoftwareOne as a dominant player in the tech industry (EIN Presswire).
Dieter’s entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond 5I Ventures. He also operates Rozario Capital Management, a family office with his wife, Desiree Schlosser. Through this vehicle, they invest in Businesses with Purpose (BwP) and long-term lifestyle businesses, aligning their financial strategies with their personal values of sustainability and social responsibility (EIN Presswire).
Dieter Schlosser’s vision is rooted in a commitment to innovation and inclusivity, particularly in the digital space. As Managing Partner at 5I Ventures, his focus is on fostering high-growth tech companies that have the potential to drive transformative change. He believes in actively engaging with portfolio companies through board memberships and business coaching, offering more than just capital support.
